sign in again to reactivate Your Account

We've noticed that you haven't signed in to Your Account for awhile, and for security reasons Your Account has been deactivated. This won't affect your Orange account or plan.

To reactivate Your Account, all you need to do is sign in. Some information, like your bills, has been deleted for security reasons, but you'll still have access to information like your balance and plan details.

We're always developing new tools to help you manage your account more easily and give you the ability to quickly find useful information.

Just so you know, if you don't use your SIM for 180 days, it will be deactivated. If you don't use Your Account during this period, it will also be deactivated. You can reactivate your SIM by calling customer services. Once you do this you'll be able to use Your Account again.

If after another 180 days you still haven't reactivated your SIM, your mobile number will be recycled and given to a new customer.
